No Legal Services; Relationship with Law Firm

Cedar Point Consultants LLC (“Cedar Point”) provides broker services only. Cedar Point is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Certain owners of Cedar Point also have an ownership interest in Kennedy & Cain PLLC, a law firm that may provide legal services to clients in separate engagements.

Engagement of Cedar Point does not create an attorney–client relationship with Kennedy & Cain PLLC. Legal services, if any, must be separately retained through a written agreement with that firm.

Clients of Cedar Point are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding any transaction.

Scope of Representation

Cedar Point may be engaged by clients to assist with transaction coordination and communications. Cedar Point does not conduct legal due diligence and does not act as legal counsel for any party.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Cedar Point represents only the party that has retained it and does not represent any other party to a transaction.

Compensation Disclosure

Cedar Point may receive compensation from a client in connection with a transaction, including commission-based fees as set forth in a written agreement.

Cedar Point’s compensation is separate from and independent of any legal fees charged by Kennedy & Cain PLLC.

Conflicts and Disclosures

Where Cedar Point is involved in a transaction in which Kennedy & Cain PLLC provides legal services, appropriate written disclosures will be provided and client consent obtained as required.
